Audit
In order to improve your industrial process and increase your efficiency, you would like to carry out an audit of your electricity distribution facilities or your production site. AXILAB carries out a complete inventory of your industrial processes to identify any airflow, acoustic and/or vibration malfunctions. At the end of the audit, our experts make recommendations for improving the process, with energy savings and a calculated return on investment.
Metrology
You want to carry out airflow, environmental acoustic (acoustic modeling) or vibration (modal analysis, distortion) measurements to control your industrial processes and ensure their quality. AXILAB can help you carry out these measurements, interpret them and guarantee their accuracy.
Installation
AXILAB works on all types of industrial sites, especially those subject to strict regulations, such as Seveso sites. Our teams carry out the complete installation of air handling and acoustic solutions: mechanical assembly, electrical installation, boiler making, piping, lifting, etc., as well as commissioning the equipment and assisting operators in using it on the customer’s premises.
Maintenance
AXILAB provides curative, preventive and conditional maintenance using a monitoring system developed specifically for our customers, to ensure that your equipment runs smoothly and lasts. Our maintenance contracts – one-off, annual or multi-year – are tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
